Having the exact same problem with Vista's Windows Mail? Emails sent from me
and not received by others are not bouncing back as undeliverable. Happening
to various ISP addresses. Also not receiving emails send by others on
occasion.

All I can suggest is make sure your antivirus isn't configured to scan emails.
Another suggestion, upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

Yes, always a copy in the sent folder.
Occasionally I do get a non-delivery notice but not for 95% which isn't
being delivered. I know, very strange, especially since was working fine for
so long.
Thanks for the response.

In all cases do the sent messages leave a copy in the Sent Items folder?
If so, the message was accepted by your outgoing mail server.
It is very unusual not to get a bounce notice or non-delivery notice for
messages that are refused by the destination mail server. The only
explanation I can think of is a spam filter at the recipient's end.

Unlike the other "send" problems here, I can send mail but 50 percent of the
time my sent mails are not received by the recipients and I get no indication
as to which ones have failed. Was working fine until I installed service
pack 1. Although getting stuck in my outbox is not the problem, I tried to
download the fix but it said was not applicable to my system. I can't risk
my business emails not being received and don't know what to do besides work
from a different program.
Help please.
Thanks!
