Re: problem with email

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

You make no sense. Your post is absurd.
How about explaining your problem?

this is what microsoft told me this morning when i had them on the phone (
twice), they also said they had a 150 dollar fix for it. This link you gave
me is just another DL that costs money and doesnt fix the problem (registry
mechanic, which i already downloaded 3 times),and now another one that runs
30 bucks and does not repair it??. This is really beginning to bother me.
What part of "doesn't work" is it that microsoft doesn't get. Vista does not
support XP, or any other mail i used to have (other than cutting and pasting
or typing in the address i wish to email. And even then it is not 100% . I do
get non deliverable notices t othem still. I am not interested in "buying"
more software from microsoft to fix a problem they know they have. Sorry if
this sounds like "harping" (whining), but this goes beyond obserd.

I don't know what "does not support old XP type operating systems"
means. Generally it is only a few older applications that aren't supported.

We can often help you with workarounds if you give us the details of
your exact problem.
