So does your work location use Southern Coastal Cable as their
Internet connectivity provider? If not, that is the reason for your send
problem. For more on the reason for this problem, see
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Port_25_Blocking.aspx

If Southern Coastal Cable is indeed providing your work connection, then
the only remaining possibility is that Webroot Spy Sweeper is the culprit.
So, uninstall it to see if that makes a difference.

The problem is on my desktop at work. The antivirus program I have is Trend Antivirus (which I have already uninstalled) and Webroot Spy Sweeper (which is still installed).
