I keep getting this error message saying unable to send mail
Protocol POP3, Port: 110 Secure (SSL) No, Socket Error:10061, Error number
Ox800CCCOE

It started doing this right after downloading an upgrade of AVG antivirus
and it said I needed to download an upgrade of windos, so I downloaded both
upgrades and can't send or recieve e-mail since.

Please give us the exact and complete error message. What you have given is missing some important information.
