configured it myself using that wasted mcse training i took This is the info i get from qwest

Most, if not all, pop email accounts work with Windows Mail. Before you
spend any money on another one, try a few things to fix your problem.

Start Windows Mail, click on the Outbox, then move any messages you find
there to the Drafts folder or delete them. If any refuse to do either,
download
and install this hotfix, with Windows Mail not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether you have a 32-bit version
of Vista or a 64-bit version, try the hotfix for the 32-bit version first.
The Vista SP1 update includes this hotfix and more, but takes hours
longer to install.

Stuck messages and an assortment of other problems in Windows
Mail are often due to interference from antivirus programs. What if
any antivirus programs do you have, and have you ever had a Norton
or McAfee antivirus program on that computer, even a trial version?
Many new computers come with a trial version of some antivirus
program already installed.

I have NO antivirus installed at all and havnt installed antiviruson this machine. I have been using this address for 7
years
and am very fluent on how the settings work. I installed the update 941090 weeks ago with no help
