Do you have a mail provider other than Hotmail? Typically your ISP
will give you a free email address, something like you@xxxxxxxxxxxx
Your ISP will have a web page that explains how to set up an email
account.
Free Hotmail accounts will not work in Windows Mail. If you want to use a
Hotmail account you will need to upgrade to the free Windows Live Mail: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
