"Desktop Background" option disappeared from Personalize?

Hi,

I can not find Desktop Background option/link at Personalize page?
Where did it go? I am trying to get DreamScenes (videos as desktop
background), I installed DreamScene and now I'm unable to change the
baackground. :(
