Windows Anytime Upgrade discs contain all versions of Vista.
You will need the updated disc that has SP1 on it that they will provide in order to complete the update.

Actually, I already have the Ultimate CD, which I received from another.
source, not from the vendor where I purchased my laptop. I believe I would
only receive the Home Premium CD from the vendor, correct?
