Already did. Called technical support, and was asked to download the
Acronis WD Edition. I tried, that did not work. I called again, we use
the same software and tried Vista's tool - no luck. Western Digital
could not fix their own hard drive. So now I am stuck until I find a
utility that would do it. This ('HDDGURU: HDD Capacity Restore Tool'
(http://hddguru.com/content/en/software/2007.07.20-HDD-Capacity-Restore-Tool/))
is awesome, but it is for 32Bit (used it and it's great).
