That's a weird one - to me, at least.
When I search for w3v32.sys, Bing gets only a single hit. Google gets 6 but they are all in languages (and alphabets) other than English (German and Asian - I think), which I cannot read. Perhaps you can.
Next BSOD, please copy down the EXACT Stop Code and error message and paste them here and someone should be able to guide you. The most important information is the 8-digit hex code, but all the info is probably relevant.

which causes bluescreen twice a day.
