That is because as I previously said: Microsoft usually does NOT provide Extended Support 4 Home Versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. As far as I am aware: Vista Starter, Vista Home Basic, Vista Home Premium, And Vista Ultimate do NOT get Extended Support. Only Vista Business, and Vista Enterprise get Extended Support! Just FYI.
