This is an Encrypted folder, most likely.

In WinExplorer goto:
Tools-->Folders Options-->View-->scroll down to "view encrypted NTFS folders in color".
If that option is checked, what you see is probably blue font.'
Normally system encrypts it, some users may manually.


It is also possible some application other than Windows, does its own coloring for its own folders, but HIGHLY unlikely in this case.
Most likely Windows encrypted your folder if you're running in multiple users environment, so others can't access your messages.

P.S. Well people like me can access whatever, but normal users can't.
