We have no commandments. The Buddhism I practice thinks one should be responsible for one's self and we have no need for commandments. The religions (including provisional Buddhism) that have commandments also believe in places called Hell or Heaven where you are judged and sent to after you die. They are what we call "kindergarten religions", dreamed up to scare people into behaving. We believe you can to to hell or heaven before you die and when you die, you're reborn, not necessarily into human form, depending on the causes you made this lifetime.

Alcohol is a drug. Tobacco has hundreds of drugs. Antibiotics are drugs. You are a moron. Smoking cannabis in Spain is NOT illegal. That's only true in backward countries like the USA that also believe in capital punishment and letting poor people die instead of providing them health care.
