Therefore, at times I must make appearances , and get a handle on what's going on.

If you give me your address, I'll send you a nice stick.
Put hot-dogs, possums, whatever you like on the stick.

Save some money buying food that way.
Then, in 6-18 months, you can finally buy Vista.
Or Windows 7, but I bet Vista will be on sale...right up your alley.
