I doubt it very much since it sounds like you have an OEM version. You cannot use a Retail Upgrade. You need to contact the OEM manufacturer of your computer for the exact info.

Whatever version of Vista you are running, you will need the comparable Windows 7 version or higher in order to do an in place upgrade.

Just to add another question here for you Mike,
I'm currently running Vista Home Premium on a system which came with Vista pre-installed...
Are the upgrade options still the same for this set-up?
