If it's still there after you reboot, then you can safely delete the user folder.

I deleted a user account (via Control Panel>User Accounts) and selected to delete all files etc relating to the user. However, the user's folder still appears in Users folder in Explorer with various subfolders. I understand there may be problems if I simply delete this folder. Is there a safe way to get rid of it?
