you also run the risk of being sued for Linux stealing others code,99% of there programs are reversed engineered,or an old out of date program might be given to them.take Blender there 3D program,it was given to them for free and have been hacking it to work eversence. it wasn't made for the public,it was specially made in-house program. It has a sever learning curve and again web support only,unless you pay for phone support.

There is NO free phone support for any linux OS

If your hardware maker doesn't make drivers for its product for linux they do not support it being installed on linux. again web support only,phone support is not free
you run the risk of loosing your warrantee for using there hardware on an unsupported OS

There is NO guarantee Ubuntu will be around next year or even next month, all costs are being paid for by a millionaire who might get tired of footing all the costs and getting nothing back. Freetards don't support there OS of choice well,because its free

What you can do with Windows====== Everything and anything and tons and ton of free programs too!!! far more then Linux has. Its a fact noone cares about linux and if it was any good it would have far more then 1% of the desktop market,people would rather steal windows then use linux lol
