I won't be installing it. By the way, I only install software that I need and know about. For instance, AVG and Avast. Once I knew they were legitimate programs only then did I deal with them.
Never hear of drive by installs, eh? I guess you are just not all that savvy.

Drive by installs? HA HA HA HA - Very funny.

Smoke another bowl.

If anyone downloads something they know nothing about, then BUYER BEWARE.
Drive by installs ring a bell in that empty head of yours?

You are just spreading FUD.
All I did was post an article from a reputable web site.
Don't be stupid and you should be fine using your computer.
LOL! I repair computers and most people don't know what they're doing with a computer. The computer I cleaned up yesterday had no anti virus, no anti malware programs and Windows hadn't been updated in a year. Guess what? It was chock full of malware. Not only that, when I went to see the fragmentation, it had 7% free space and the ENTIRE bar was red. It had never been defragged. Now, if this person were to use Ubuntu, none of the above would have happened. I know you won't understand but this is the basis of my noble mission.
People need to be responsible for their own actions. If they own a car (which you don't) they are responsible for maintenance. They don't need to do it themselves but they are responsilbe for it. They should be responsible for their own computers. If they have no clue then they need to take it to a reputable computer shot (not yours) and have it serviced.
She did and now it runs like silk. My point, which went right over your head, it that most people do not know how to practice safe computing. I had a long talk with her telling her how to protect herself.

Someone should have a long talk with her because she needs protection from a scammer like you. She doesn't know any better.

Send me her phone number and name and I will fill her in.
Three things:

1. She only speaks Spanish. Oops.
2. She trusts me because her computer is working better than it ever did

She doesn't know any better.

Yes, she does.

so whatever you were to say would be ignored.

If she was informed about your shady practices, she would realize that she has a low life fixing her computer.

Being as you're lying again ..

I feel for that lady. She has to use
Ubuntu and probably hates it.

She's using XP Home.

3. I don't give out my clients' phone numbers, especially to a low life liar like you.

You are afraid of what she would say. I am sure she would want to hear the truth.

I respect the privacy of my clients. If you had clients, you wouldn't?

Again buyer beware.

Especially those idiots who use Ubuntu.
There are idiots and geniuses that use both Ubuntu and Windows, although the newsgroups and forums of Linux are comprised of people who are, on average, more intelligent and computer savvy than are on these MS groups. You and Frank are prime examples.
Correction: There are idiots who use Ubuntu and geniuses that use Windows.
How can that be true when you use Windows and you're an idiot?

Alias
Your comprehension is all wrong. I said idiots use Ubuntu.
Which, of course, is a lie. My IQ is much higher than yours, I am sure.

I just proved it. You use Ubuntu. You are an IDIOT. Need I say more?

Your say so does not constitute a fact but an ill informed opinion.
