I have about 200 errors of various kinds. I am currently on second
reformat and supposed fixes from HP installing ATI updates.

I have installed only two programs not included with the usual software
and that is xlite and touchstar and it is a necessity I need it to work.

I get A problem with your video hardware caused Windows to stop working
correctly. When it cannot recover I get the blue screen of death and or
sometimes it skips the warning and goes right into the blue screen of
death. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

With that said .. I have searched and read and searched and read and
found that there is NO \"real\" resolution to the issue. I called where
I purchased the computer in hopes that I could exchange it for a 32 bit
only to find they are nonexistent WTH??

First of all, calm down. Second of all, this isn't Microsoft you're talking
to. This is a peer-to-peer public newsgroup hosted on Microsoft servers.
While some MS employees occasionally post here, the majority of people who
help out (like me) are volunteers who do not work for the company.

Return the computer to where you bought it. It sounds like it has hardware
issues and it will not meet your needs. I have no idea why the place where
you bought the computer told you that Vista doesn't come in 32-bit because
of course it does. It's irrelevant. If you are having blue screens on a
brand-new computer, the hardware is at fault. Take it back to where you
bought it and tell them to exchange the machine for one that will meet your
needs or give you a refund, or you will do a charge-back on your credit
card.
