I'm not sure what DriveImage you guys are talking about. I have used
Power Quest DI7 for years on Win98 and WinxP. Vista Home refused to
install it. Usual Microsoft ***. I bought an Acronis 2009 and it
SEEMS to backup my stuff. When I boot the Acronis CD that it made I
can get to the point where I can see the backup and go the last step
before restoring. I'm not going to actually restore until I absolutely
have to. I can always use Gateway's 'recovery' from the hidden
partition. That only takes a complete afternoon and considerable
aggravation to get myself back in action.
