Burn the iso to a CD/DVD, then boot from the CD/DVD.

Alright, I have downloaded Ubuntu and am currently trying to install it on to
my laptop. However, it keeps running an error message after I hit the either
of the options "Install Ubuntu" or "Try Running Ubuntu Without any Change to
your Computer". Any further tips now?
