Try uninstalling first? If it won't uninstall from the Contol Panel, you might want to try the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 Read the article and heed this warning: Warning The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility is provided "as is" to help resolve installation problems for programs that use Microsoft Windows Installer. If you use this utility, you may have to reinstall other programs. Caution is advised. We recommend that you do not use this utility with 2007 Office system products. This message came up and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help me on this? I have a Window Vista.
"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."
And I also got another message stated "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it"
I'm confuse. I thought I install it. What am I doing wrong?
