Hi,

Addons = Plugins, both terms refer to the same thing. You should do one at a time and restart IE between each in order to isolate the problem. To ensure that this actually is the problem, simple type "Internet Explorer" into the start/search lines and choose the entry to load it without addons and see if the problem is cleared.

Thanks Rick! I have already tried to disable the addins - at least the
"loaded" addins. I will retry reloading all addins. Is it true that I
can only disable one by one addin (e.g. there is no global "addins
off" switch)? Are "plugins" something different? I did not notice a
switch for plugins.
