Does Vista Backup Backup The ITunes Folder?

Can anyone tell me if Vista backup (i.e. file backup) will backup all of the
iTunes folder or do I need to buy separate backup software to do this? The
computer is running Vista Home Premium and I know that Vista backup works on
file type rather than location.
