Firstly, you never told me you had already tried the game's tech support. I
am not a mind reader. As far as getting help from this newsgroup, there is
always a good chance of doing that but the person asking for help (you) has
to provide enough information to the people trying to help. Which you are
definitely not doing.

We cannot see your computer from here. We have no way of knowing its recent
history, what you've already done, etc. unless you tell us. Which you have
not done.

i had also update all the sound and video drivers.. fyi yesterday i was
trying to run to run some program from windows.. it is under "windows
experience index base score", and when i proceed to "rate my computer".
this error occur...

Again, you didn't bother to tell me that you had already updated the
drivers. You're not helping us help you.

i would like to check one more time... so what is the problem? or who
should i go this time.. the computer OEM?

Once again, there is a problem with your video card. If you got the drivers
from Asus's website - and *nowhere else* - contact Asus tech support. You
probably have a faulty chip. If you got the drivers from anywhere else,
uninstall them and replace them with drivers from Asus. You may still have
a failing video chip but at least you'll be working from a known baseline.

Alternatively, call Asus tech support or take the machine to a competent
computer tech. I don't recommend using a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of
place. I really don't have anything else to add to this thread. I'm sorry I
was unable to help you.
