I am having a problem deleting a program that is causing problems.

I keep getting the message that I do not have permission and must contact the administrator.

Well there is no administrator it's my personal laptop.

My question is how do I gain control of my computer and get rid of the administrator function since I am the only one to use the system?

Thanks in advance.

Andrew S.

How are you trying to "delete" this program? Usually you do this through Control Panel-Programs and features. if you need Admin rights to do it, UAC pops up asking for the Admin password.
