That reminds me of weaklings and cowards, First they hide out somewhere safe for the battle to finish, they support whoever wins.

Now tell us you do you like more. I don't care about who you vote for...

Who do you like more and why

I recently bought a new laptop with Vista Home Premium installed. A few days after I had it set up I would come over to use the computer and find it is off, when I turn it on I get the "windows did not shut down properly....start normally or use safe mode" screen. In the event viewer I get the event id 6008 each time this happened but I can't find any good info on why this is happening. I called the place I bought it from and they replaced it with a brand new one, same thing happened on the new one, was sent a blank harddrive to try and this also would shut off all the time.

I went to Bestbuy and looked in the event viewer on thier laptops and saw the 6008 error in almost all of them. Is this a known problem with Vista? What can I do to correct it?

Frank, the resident Vista expert, will be along shortly to help you.

You're the hot shot with 18 Ultimate Vista installs and self proclaimed expert. You answer the OP why Vista doesn't work on his laptops. Can you do it, little boy?

hehehe...first of all, Vista WORKS on his laptop.
Secondly, his question was already answered.
Thirdly, you're a broke lying linux loser!...LOL!
