I created a shortcut stored above the recent program list, with Internet Explorer and Windows Mail. Not same as the other folder shortcuts but it works.

how can i add my DOWNLOADS folders and other that do NOT appear in the
CUSTOMIZE START MENU drop down box. i see i can take away GAMES, but
how can i add folders that they do not have listed in this section.
