Alias--I am *deeply* impressed with your brilliance. Your insecurity
shimmers with every word you write.

The article says that this is fixed in Vista SP1. I have Home
Premium
SP1. What do I need to do to fix this problem?
Nuke Vista and install Ubuntu which, unlike XP, will have the
hardware
drivers.

Check it out at http://www.ubuntu.com/

Don't !

Yeah, stay staring at the BSOD of Vista is a much better idea. When
are you going to get a clue?

BTW, that bug was eliminated months ago, please try to keep up.

That page list hundreds of bugs !
Most of them "not fixed".

Please try not to tell such blatant lies !

I have installed Ubuntu on dozens and dozens of laptops and desktops
and didn't encounter one single bug. Proof is in the pudding not on
some web site.

You can go back to staring at your BSOD now and think you're doing
some in depth computing.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs
