Installing Vista Ultimate on new computer question

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I previously installed Vista on an older pc to see how Areo would perform on
a P4 with only around 700 megs of ram. It ran poorly and I was foolish to
activate it on that pc.

I have a newer pc I would like it to reside on instead since I maxed out the
memory and it is dual channel memory at that!

Will I run into any problems activating it on the newer pc?
Or will I have to call Microsoft and explain my situation?
