I run mine through S-Video. It doesn't produce the best picture but it
gets me by plus I can record my game footage to post on YouTube.

I did just discover an oddly convoluted method that combines Windows
Media Center and DScaler to output the video to my monitor (using
DScaler, I can select the output source and then Vista Media Center
makes that the output source so I can get video and audio on Vista Media
Center using "Live TV") but Vista Media Center's live TV delay prevents
me from actually taking advantage of my solution.

I have not used DScaler for a long time. When I was using Vista RC2,
WinTV2000 would not work on it, so I tried DScaler, but it would not work in
overlay mode without turning off Aero.

Have you tried using the Hauppauge WinTV2000 program (if they still use
that - I no longer buy Hauppauge cards)?
