Check this for great support - I called Microsoft last night, they
remoted in to my PC and fixed the issue in 2 minutes. They loaded up a
simple program that remains on my desktop - some bat file they ran from
notepad. I had no idea they offered that type of support totally FREE.

PROBLEM SOLVED :-). Awesome work from the MS people
