Yes, and presumably because I already have SP1 installed, the patch errors with "doesn't apply to your system"
For my system, the real fix - with SP1 - was updating the video driver. I did have to look a bit to get one that works properly.

MS will send you the fix and you will need a password they
will also give you to install it.
It comes via E-mail and will have the password
also.
