How about to implement this "possible flaw', you need to:
1) disable UAC
2) user intervention to work in the first place.


So it looks like this is a 'possible' flaw, meaning it may or may not be accurate, but in no way does the above read that you *may* have to turn of UAC or you *may* have to have some type of user intervention. Your statement read that you must do those two things.

But it is possible! You don't really know. Nor does the author of the attention grabbing headline/article. Many of these so-called "security flaws" require complex steps on the part of the perp and the vic in order to be successful.
Yet most all of the security breaches that happen are simple and require the absolute compliance of the vic, knowingly or unknowingly.
