Re: Missing buttons
Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
So far you have said that you have a laptop running Vista, and the "buttons"
on the screen are missing when you log in via an "owner" account.
That is not enough information to really help identifying your problem, let
alone offer useful advice in solving it.
Laptop Mfr & model would be quite helpful.
Vista Version ??
What applications are installed?
Are the on screen "buttons" you refer to standard Vista "buttons", or
specific to your laptop? What is the normal function for the missing
"buttons"?
What happens if you log in to the administrator account, or an account other
than the "owner" account?
From your remarks, it may necessary to take the laptop to someone who is
familiar with the particuliar make and model for hands on help.
