I would imagine the problem you are having is related to the Permissions error for the Key, as you report. The Edit menu of regedit has a Permissions interface that would let you grant your user access to it. Just changing that is likely to be enough to solve your problem.
Other registry features may have the same problem, and there are tools available to cure those also.

Mark, Thanks I was able to go amost to the end excepot that when I located.
this file :{e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}. It would not ley me delete
it saying the following: Cannot delete
{e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}. Error while deleting Key. Mark is
there any bypass to kill that key? Best
