Hello,

I recently purchased a new notebook laptop with Windows Vista on it and also
got wireless internet, but I can't download anything. For example, I can't
download images I've recieved through e-mail. The save as box appears but
when the download is complete, the box disappears and nothing is downloaded
onto the laptop. This happens everytime I try downloading something from the
internet.

I can't find a solution, hope you can help.

I had the same problem, and could not find a solution. I did isolate the problem to MS Internet Explorer. I switched browsers to Opera and it worked just fine.
