Yeah, this should be the partial pathing they use. If you really want to watch those videos:
a: download the ASX file - save it to disk. Open it up in notepad.exe or other text editor. Fix all the URLs (everything using ".." is what is broken).
b: ask the site manager nicely to not use partial pathing - it's just generally a bad plan. =)

but then again what puzzles me is that on my window xp wmp11 i can watch
these vedios with no problem ..but on the vista wmp11 i am having this problem
