Well lets see, Microsoft has enough cash on hand to if it wanted to
gain a sizeable interest in Yahoo by simply buying shares on the open
market. It also could wage a proxy fight, unseat the current board of
directors and replace many with a slate of Microsoft friendly board
members. Ballmer has done neither and the dope is starting to make
noise he now instead interested in a stake in of all things, AOL.
Based on such moronic decisions of Microsoft's CEO, yes I consider
Ballmer a idiot. I'm not the only one either.
