This is BS Alias from you with the hype.

They found an unprotected machine, because they stuck it out on the Internet without a firewall or firewall/packet either running on the machine or one setting in front of the machine. That's what unproteded and Internet facing means, moron.

The same thing would happen to a Linux machine that was unproteded and facing the Internet, idiot.

No, it was a heads up for those who use Windows to not connect to the Internet before patching Windows when doing a reinstall. You gotta watch what you assume. I didn't mention Linux once, you did.
