Is it possible to set up the parental controls so hat a user is allowed to

If it's not possible with Parental Controls can you recommend a program
that can do this?
Examine the options in the Parental Controls area. Look carefully at the
time graph. If the built-in Parental Controls will not do what you want,
Google for "parental control software".
I've never used this kind of program with my kids so I can't recommend
anything. My method of doing what you are looking for has always been to go
into the computer room and say, "It's time to get off now".
