Examine the options in the Parental Controls area. Look carefully at the
time graph. If the built-in Parental Controls will not do what you want,
Google for "parental control software".

I've never used this kind of program with my kids so I can't recommend
anything. My method of doing what you are looking for has always been to go
into the computer room and say, "It's time to get off now".
