It did happen after SP1 but may have already been doing it after
applications had been added. user applications should NOT cause this,
a rotten design decision in my opinion.

I also have the latest drivers and BIOS That was one of my first
tries.


I am not totally surprised, Windows has always had this problem and
they have not fixed it yet it seems.
