Can I remove this item from Control Panel?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Whoops, silly me, I used that Kelly's Korner tweak to "Add clipboard to
Control Panel" forgetting that it only applied to XP and won't work with
Vista. There's now an icon for it in my vista control panel which when
clicked on just brings up an error message. Can I easily remove this
from CP? If it's complicated I won't bother but could somebody just
reasure me that it's doing no harm there! many thanks.
