Open the location `ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\`.Right-click in
an empty spot in the pane where the folders and short-cuts are shown and
select `New > Folder`.

When i installed my lates't game it didn't ad a folder in the start menu.
Hope any1 know how to manually ad a folder and shortcuts.
It didn't work with drag and drop or cut and paste.
