First have a look at what the macros are:
menu Tools -> Macros -> Macros
do they look familiar, are you expecting these macros to be there?

You could first of all set the security to Medium
menu Tools -> Macros -> Security

If you are using Visio 2007 then it's all different (of course)
menu Tools -> Trust Center

However, the perimeter and area shape doesn't use macros, perhaps this
is some other shape?
