Using the keyboard arrows

I usually nudge my objects around using the keyboard arrows but for some
reason Visio refuses to accept the input anymore. Using the arrows scrolls
the whole page up and down, even when an object is selected.

I've scoured the menus and options but cannot find anything to remedy this
and it makes it almost impossible to work.

Anyone have any ideas??
