Oooh, the pre-made field shapes are only in Visio Professional!?
I guess that makes some sort of sense. They are from the Title Blocks stencil, which would have been in Visio Technical, which for the most part got merged with Visio Pro.

If you bring up the stencil: General - Title Blocks, there are a great many "cute" shapes that may be used on either foreground or background pages. Amongst these is the shape: Filepath. It displays the local filepath to the Visio drawing. The shape can be manipulated to contain the entire path.
I think that shape is in Professional only, not Standard.
