The best version will be Visio For Enterprise architect that comes with visual studio 2003 for enterprise architect or VS 2005 Team suite for software architect. in it you will find the old UML feature of the visio 2000 enterprise version.

You didn't mention what release of Visio you are working with, but since you
did mention Enterprise I have to believe it is several years old. I'd suggest
that you might want to talk to ESRI about how well their product works in the
newer versions.
