Hi Helene,
You can use the Document Explorer window, which you'll find under the View
menu. But you still have to right-click on the foreground page, choose
Properties..., remove the background page from the foreground page first,
and then delete the background page. Ugh! It's not much easier, and it leads
you to the same dialog box.
