Another note to Microsoft - It would behoove them to allow their trial
keys to receive some sort of pre-sales support. Since this product
isn't filling my needs (due to the above problem), it's unlikely that
I'll recommend that my company upgrade to 2k7 - because it doesn't do
much that 2k3 doesn't already do, and the one thing that I want - PDF
export - is broken.
They want me to pay 50 bux to get a solution to the bug in their
program, BEFORE I buy it? Ummmm... No. How about they allow me to get
an answer on how either I am setting the document up wrong - and that
it isn't a bug - in which case we'll buy it, or to fix the bug - in
which case we'd also buy it. But "Here's our bugged feature, please
buy it from us in the hopes that afterwards we'll fix it" isn't going
to fly.
